DecorAura Return Policy

At DecorAura, we take pride in offering high-quality, thoughtfully curated products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom items, burned candles, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email decorauraliving@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our policy criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and send a photo of the item. We will replace it at no additional cost.
